Responsible for the training program(s) and ongoing end user support for Salesforce users at Piedmont Healthcare. Integral member of the Salesforce Team and is responsible for the delivery of technology enabled training and adult education expertise to the PHC Salesforce community at all levels.
Establish and maintain critical business relationships with Piedmont co-workers, physicians and others who utilize Salesforce. Monitor and review the progress of end user training by using Salesforce reports, MyTrailhead, questionnaires and through discussions with organizational managers. Conduct Salesforce classes and in-service sessions, Train-the-Trainer classes, and other PHC application training presentations. Assist with identification and resolution of specific training problems, either on a one-on-one basis or in groups. Develop and communicate training status reports and other project presentation materials as needed. Responsible for the development and/or coordination of content delivery, course scheduling/coordination, course education and certification management of system approved applications. Responsible for the oversight of all Salesforce training programs, and the technical infrastructure that supports the training.Attend regular meetings with user groups for training coordination updates, feedback on training materials and to identify areas where training may be needed. Develop and maintain training plans as required to assist with the implementation of new technologies, work flows or user groups. Assists with the management of the overall Salesforce training schedules for the organization. Assists with Go-Live events both in the command center as well as location support. Create training resources: videos, how to guides, templates. Review and maintain all training materials on a regular basis. Proactively stay up to date with Salesforce functionalities and business process/protocols. Engage internal colleagues to learn/shadow as needed and ask for the users input in developing training.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years ofexperience in healthcare information system training or related field.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Experience working inAgile project methodology is preferred.
Experience working withSalesforce and MyTrailhead is desired.
