Description
JOB PURPOSE: Home Medication LPN works under direction of the Home Medication RN to help provide indirect patient care by ensuring that the home medication information process is completed per policy. This is a resource to the staff at the time of admission or as needed to obtain the best possible list of home medications taken by the patient.
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: New graduates or an accredited LPN program are eligible
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Current license in the State of Georgia as an LPN or NLC/eNLC multi-state license.
