RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift. Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school education or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
ServSafe certification required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of leadership experience preferred.
