Description
Ensures quality patient care is provided. Cost management, human resource management, clinical management, and value management for assigned units. Develops budget in partnership with Administrative Director, operates assigned areas within budget. Performs in a charge or staff nurse role providing direct patient care as needed.
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate from school of nursing.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years’ appropriate clinical experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current license as an RN in the state of Georgia.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS Certification Required.
Work experience in Surgical Services.
