JOB PURPOSE:
Maintains all functions in the kitchen including the preparing food and sanitizing areas where food may be prepared.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
None.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous work experience in high volume food service industries preferred
