Exciting opportunity to join a growing team with Piedmont Healthcare! Our physician recruitment team is looking to add a team member with experience in sourcing. This position will be responsible for medical residency program outreach, must be willing to travel nationwide and surrounding states to attend conferences and medical school visits.

JOB PURPOSE:
Assist in-house Physician Recruiters to identify and assess potential physician candidates for predefined skillsets. In addition, the Sourcing Recruiter will create and implement sourcing strategies that will attract top talent and manage the candidate database of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field required. In lieu of degree, six (6) years of experience in recruitment will be accepted.
*OR*
A Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university with major courses in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, the social sciences, or closely related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One year of experience in recruitment or human resources. (If no degree, a total of seven (7) years of recruitment experience required.)
*OR*
Three (3) years of recruiting or healthcare experience.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in healthcare preferred.
