Biomedical Technician II

Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Maintaining medical related equipment that includes repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety to ensure patient / staff safety and correct diagnosis for medical providers, and to ensure compliance for
the Environment of Care.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering OR equivalent Military Biomed tech Program OR three (3) years of electronic mechanical experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of healthcare biomedical engineering or electronics engineering experience.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Biomedical internship preferred.
