Biomed Equipment Pool Tech

Overview:

Be able to maintain equipment pool inventory for our hospitals when needed for high censes, COVID or any other high demand issues. Make sure equipment is clean and in working order. Be able to fulfill request orders, pack equipment up in a secure manner, schedule courier service for pick up and delivery and follow up with customer on receiving equipment. Be able to update database to show where equipment is and what is available in the equipment pool at all times. Managing rental system database and data entry. Creating requisitions for invoice payments, database keypunch and customer service follow up.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in a customer service field or other related field Required
