Clinical Compliance Auditor

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Compliance Audit, the Manager, Clinical Compliance Audit has primary oversight of the enterprise-wide clinical compliance auditing program. The Manager, Clinical Compliance Audit provides oversight and manages clinical compliance audits, and applicable corrective action plans The Manager, Clinical Compliance Audit monitors and ensures adherence to Piedmont Healthcare's policies, procedures, and practices concerning local, state and federal regulations concerning clinical healthcare compliance. The Manager, Clinical Compliance Audit develops the clinical audit portion of the annual Compliance Work Plan.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors Degree in nursing or healthcare related field, accounting or business-related field Required
Work Experience
- 5 years of experience related to healthcare compliance, healthcare auditing or auditing in a healthcare related field Required
- 5 years experience in acute care or post-acute care auditing or nursing Preferred
Additional Licenses and Certifications
- Licensure is commensurate with corresponding clinical degree (i.e. RN licensure is with a nursing degree) Required
- Possession of one or more of the following certifications or licenses: CFE, CHC, CPA, CPC, CPMA, or within six (6) months of hire Required
