Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Performs a variety of clerical duties in support of department/unit office administration including but not limited to: filing, record maintenance, document composition, distribution of mail, and general customer service.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
None.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Ability to use all standard office equipment.
2. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, must possess an excellent command of the English language.
3. Knowledge of communication skills with ability to listen actively and respond to fellow employees/customers in a timely, competent manner both verbally and nonverbal.
4. Ability to work in a team environment and oriented to providing outstanding customer service.
5. Ability to adapt to change within a changing environment and industry.
