Director - Nutrition Services

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, directing and monitoring all activities of the Food and Nutrition department in accordance with established rules, regulations, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Services Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 7 years of experience in food and/or nutrition within healthcare, education, dining, or related field. Of those seven years, three years of leadership Required
• Hotel and/or restaurant management experience Preferred
