Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
This position provides administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief HR Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and other select C-Suite executives of Piedmont Healthcare. In accordance with established policies and procedures, the associate meets the daily and strategic needs of the executives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness through proactive, responsive, and seamless administrative operations. This role additionally serves as a liasion with the Board of Directors, spanning Board and committee meetings, retreats, and related office functions. The ideal associate can maintain confidentiality and professionalism with exceptional organizational, relational, and communication skills. In managing multiple priorities, the Executive Services Associate will navigate relationships and use sound judgement to help ensure company goals and objectives are achieved while upholding company values. This person will confidently serve as a trusted member of the administrative team to help advance continued successes of the organization.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of administrative support to executive management.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Board support preferred.
Experience working in non-profit healthcare preferred.
