Performs variety of semi to skilled preventive maintenance duties in the alteration, repair, and modification of facilities, equipment, and systems.

Five years' experience in industrial maintenance OR a Facilities Management related certification in HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, or Plant Operator

High School graduate or equivalent

College or trade school training/certification
