Piedmont Heart Institute (PHI) is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join the Vascular Surgical Service line team working at our Piedmont Eastside campus located in Snellville, GA. This is a full-time position. Shifts are 10 hours, 4 days a week with varying call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:In this position you will:
- Perform OR first assist duties
- Round on patients in the hospital
- Assist in management of post-operative and critically ill patients
- Evaluate Cardiovascular patients in the office setting
- Apply specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in intensive care areas.
- Contribute to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting and provides leadership to the organization

Masters, Bachelors degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification

Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification and RNFA certification
Experience:
Previous Vascular Surgery with operative experience preferred.Will consider those with previous cardiovascular experience and an operative interest.
