LPN - Bed Control, PRN, Nights

Overview:

This position is PRN, night shift, 7 pm - 7 am.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates inpatient and observation patient room assignments in collaboration with physician's offices, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Critical Care and Medical/Surgical floors in order to facilitate patient flow and provide optimum service to all patients and physicians. Provides efficient and appropriate utilization of beds in all areas.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of Practical Nursing program
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 1 year of experience in a care facility
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Licensed Practical Nurse
