Manager - Patient Experience
Responsibilities: Serves as leader coaching operational excellence. Actively assists departments of Piedmont Healthcare System to achieve the goals of specific entity and system. Facilitates and implements prescriptive tactics and tools to drive better leader performance and decrease leadership variance. Establishes and maintains working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. May manage volunteer resources to assist in the delivery of the organization's programs and services. Prepares and presents oral and written reports concerning the progress of the organization in meeting its goals. Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a closely related field Required
- 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in leading and participating in customer service improvement programs, coaching efforts and programs, or a closely related field, preferably in a healthcare setting Required
- Certified Executive coaching experience Preferred
- None Required
