Overview:

Responsible for posting, processing and balancing activities related to third party remittances on both hospital and physician-based claims and all forms of payments received from patients. This position reports to the Supervisor of Payment Applications.

Responsible for posting, processing and balancing activities related to third party remittances on both hospital and physician-based claims and all forms of payments received from patients.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• Prior experience in one of the following: - Healthcare - Revenue Cycle (any industry) - Relevant clerical, accounting, finance, retail work Required
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, preferably with a focus in payment applications, is Preferred
• Prior Epic experience Preferred
