Responsibilities:

ThisFamily Nurse Practitioner functions as a sole provider with a rotating/repeating schedule typically working between two paired clinic locations (Conyers & Lawrenceville).

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and aMastersdegree in Nursingwith at least 1 year of experience as aFamily Nurse Practitioner,preferablywith Retail,ER, Urgent Care or PrimaryCareexperience.
