Sr. BI Developer

Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and maintaining the analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models and schemas needed. Identifies and develops benchmarking data sources from internal and external source systems. This person will be responsible for designing enterprise standard reports, dashboards, and data models. This person will also collaborate with business key stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure that the solutions perform as needed. The Senior Developer will architect and administer the Tableau Server environment. Qualifications: Education

• Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or closely-related field Required

• 3 years of progressive work experience in Data Visualization and or Data Modeling, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment. Required
• Possesses advanced computer skills with a very strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, databases, programming languages, ETL, and decision support systems, particularly Tableau and SQL Server. Required
• Basic knowledge of statistical algorithms. Has the technical ability to solve complex problems through employing data analysis. Required
• Experience teaching others in a classroom setting Preferred

• Tableau certification Preferred
