Required Hours: 11am-9:30pm 3 days per week with weekend requirements.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, coordinating and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the Piedmont Atlanta. The Coordinator ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources utilizing input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units and feedback from administrative recourses and units.
Qualifications:
Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
- 3 years of administrative/staffing/payroll experience/customer service Required
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred.
Must have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions is desired.
