Building expertise step by step

Three years of progressive training that strengthens your clinical expertise, leadership skills, and career readiness.

  • PGY-1 Build a strong clinical foundation while gaining experience in inpatient, outpatient, critical care, and infectious disease settings.
  • PGY-2 Begin leading teams and contributing to program initiatives while expanding your clinical exposure through rotations in neurology, emergency medicine, and electives.
  • PGY-3 Manage complex patients with increasing independence while strengthening your leadership, teaching, and communication skills as you prepare for the next step in your career.

From residency to meaningful impact

“What sets PAR apart is the people and the environment they create. The faculty, co-residents, and hospital staff create a collaborative and welcoming environment where residents are challenged academically while also being supported personally.”
– Dr. Oladipo Odenyika
“Our program feels much more than just a workplace or training environment. I truly believe that our program does a tremendous amount to help residents navigate this journey as effectively as possible while still maintaining their well-being, individuality, and sense of self outside of medicine.”
– Dr. Regina Nasyrova
